Here at Underwood Sports Medicine Chiropractic & Acupuncture, we encourage all activities that lead to increased quality of life and health. One activity Dr. Underwood and Gabriela are passionate about is running! We work closely with the local Brea running group A Snails Pace Running Academy, and have hosted a strength and conditioning class at our clinic for years tailored to each runner’s needs.

One of our primary goals is to help our runners become ‘anti-fragile’. We evaluate our patients’ biomechanics and ranges of motion, and work with each individual on stretches, mobility exercises, strength and conditioning to help achieve that goal.
